Hey everybody. Hannah Ingram here. Welcome in.
Look at that title for one second.
You are one webinar away from the life you want.
I mean that literally. And in the next few minutes I am going to show you why I can say it with a straight face.
But first, drop your city in the chat. I want to see where everyone is.
AD-LIB: read 3 or 4 cities. 20 seconds max.
Okay. Good. Let's go.
Here is who this is for.
You have a course. Or a coaching program. Or a service.
And the people who already know you buy it. Your friends. Your followers. The people who watched you for a year and finally said yes.
But strangers do not.
You put it in front of someone who has never heard of you and nothing happens. They scroll. They click and leave. They say "I will think about it," and you never hear from them again.
I fixed that with one webinar. And I am not going to ask you to take my word for it.
That is a big claim. So instead of telling you, I am going to show you.
And not with a screenshot. Anybody can make a screenshot.
I am going to log in to my tracking account. Right now. Live. This is the software that tracks every single sale back to where it came from.
SCREEN SHARE the Hyros tab. Have it logged in and pre-loaded BEFORE going live. Dashboard date range set to 2023-03-06 to 2025-10-13 so the tiles show Cost / Total Revenue / Profit. Point at each tile as you read it. Read the numbers OFF THE SCREEN, not from this script.
For reference, the 9/24 screenshot read: Cost $3,703,050, Total Revenue $7,626,455, Profit $3,923,404. Account Stats view, same range: 21,979 sales, 353,154 leads. If today's screen shows different numbers, say what is on the screen.
There it is. Total revenue.
Read the revenue tile.
And I know what the smart people in this room are thinking. Okay Hannah, but what did you spend on ads? Did you actually make money?
Fair question. It is right there.
Point at Cost, then Profit. Read both.
I show you the cost on purpose. I am not hiding anything from you tonight.
Switch to the Account Stats view. Point at Sales and Leads.
And those are the sales. Every one of them to a stranger. People who had never heard of me the week they bought. From one webinar.
That is my result. It is not a promise. Your results depend on your offer, your market, and whether you do the work. I am showing you for one reason: so you know what I am about to walk you through is not a theory. It is the engine behind my life.
If the login hangs or asks for a code, do NOT troubleshoot on air. Say "the account is being slow, I will pull it up for you in Q&A," click on, and do the login during Q&A. Backup image if you need it: hannah-launch/proof-assets/hannah-hyros-cost-revenue-profit.png.
STOP SCREEN SHARE. Click.
And before anyone says "sure, that is Hannah," look at this.
This is Charles. Charles Noonan. He teaches people how to buy their first property.
Last thirty days. Seventy-nine thousand, six hundred and nineteen dollars. On about eleven thousand dollars in ads.
Our team built the machine behind that.
Results not typical. That is his offer, his market, his work. Hang on to Charles, because I am going to come back to him.
And that is what our team does today.
Done-for-you webinars. For people who sell a course, coaching, or a service.
We write the script. We build the slides and the follow-up. We put the whole thing together.
That is why I can show you numbers like Charles's. It is not a theory for us. It is what we do every single week.
And since I am being transparent, let me go one step further.
This webinar you are watching right now is one of them.
It is the exact kind of webinar our team builds. And yes, I will make you an offer at the end. Why would I do a webinar without one?
So tonight, do not just listen to what I say. Watch what it does to you.
By the end you are not just going to understand how a webinar that sells works. You are going to feel one working on you.
Some of you are already thinking, Hannah, I tried a webinar. It flopped.
I know. Mine did too. My first one was a disaster, and I am going to tell you the whole story.
But hear this now.
If your webinar flopped, it was not because webinars do not work for you.
It was because you taught too much.
So here is what you are walking out with.
One. Why webinars that teach brilliantly sell badly. And what to do instead.
Two. The one lie that keeps a stranger from buying your offer. Not five things. Not three secrets. One.
Three. Why the person least able to see what your webinar should say is you. That one is going to sting a little. It stung me.
Stay to the end. I am going to show you how our team can build this whole thing for you.
And I brought someone with me tonight. The person who built my first webinar that actually sold. For now, he is Mr. X. He'll join us on the call later.
Type "one webinar" in the chat if you are in for the whole thing.
Wait for the chat. Read two names.
I see you. Okay. Let's go.
Quick version of who I am, because most of you know one half of my story and have never seen the other half.
I am known for buying businesses. Car washes. Laundromats. Real estate.
That is what I talk about online. If you found me on TikTok, that is the Hannah you found.
And I taught thousands of people how to do the same thing. How to find a business, how to evaluate it, how to buy it without a pile of cash.
That is the half you know.
The half you do not know is the account I just showed you. Every one of those sales came from one webinar. And I want you to see what that webinar actually bought me, because a number on a screen does not mean anything by itself.
ClickFunnels gave me an award for it. Two Comma Club.
That is the day I bought the car I had wanted since I was a kid.
I am not showing you that to flex. I am showing you because of where the money came from.
And I travel first class around the world now.
All of it because of one webinar.
Like May of 2024. I went to Japan for a month. Not a week. A month.
No DMs. No launch. I did not post about my offer once. I ate ramen and got lost in Tokyo.
And that month, the webinar did about three hundred thousand dollars.
One webinar. Running on the same day it always ran. To strangers. While I was on the other side of the world.
The car. The trip. The businesses I bought.
All of it came from one webinar.
Now here is the question I get more than any other.
Do webinars still work? On strangers? In 2026?
Type "strangers" in the chat if you have ever wondered that. Even just in your head.
Read two or three.
Okay. Let me answer it with who is using them right now.
Look at some of the people making the most money online right now.
Alex Hormozi. Codie Sanchez. Daniel Priestley. Jeremy Miner. Shelby Sapp.
Totally different industries. Business, sales training, real estate, health.
And they all use webinars and live presentations to sell. I could have put fifty more names on this slide.
And this is not new.
Go back more than ten years. Russell Brunson. Frank Kern. Dean Graziosi. Tony Robbins. They built their businesses on presentations that sell, and they are still doing it today.
Russell Brunson built ClickFunnels, the company that gave me that award, with a webinar.
So when someone tells you webinars are dead, look at who is still running them.
And here is my own answer.
I built an audience of over a million people along the way, and I know some of you are thinking, of course it worked, Hannah. You have a million followers.
But look at that account again. Every one of those buyers started as a stranger. They did not follow me for a year first. They found one webinar, on one day, and in that webinar they decided I was real.
And Charles does not have a million followers. Neither does most of our team's client list.
So yes. Webinars work on strangers. When they are built to sell.
But it did not start there.
Let me take you back to 2022. Before a single stranger had bought anything from me.
In 2022 I started going live on TikTok. Just talking about buying businesses.
And two of my videos went viral. I did not plan that. I got lucky.
Suddenly I had an audience. Overnight.
So I put a course together, and I sold it on TikTok Live. And the people watching bought.
I remember the first night it worked. Sitting on my couch, phone propped against a candle, notifications coming in. I thought I had cracked the whole game.
And then that audience stopped buying.
Everyone who was going to buy from the viral wave already had. The lives got quieter. The sales stopped.
And I remember sitting there going, what changed? I am saying the same words. Why is nobody buying?
So I did what everyone does.
I posted more videos. Every day.
Link in my bio. On every single one.
Comment the word and I will DM you the link. And then I would sit there and DM the link. One at a time. To every person who commented.
Some of you are doing this right now. I see you. I was you.
Hundreds of comments. A handful of clicks. Almost no sales.
Here is what I did not understand yet.
A fifteen-second video cannot make a stranger trust you with their card.
I was asking it to. Every single day. And then getting mad at the video when it did not work.
And at some point I had to be honest with myself.
A business that only makes money when a video happens to hit is not a business.
It is a lottery ticket. And I had already cashed mine in.
So then I tried a webinar.
My first one, I taught for ninety minutes. Everything I knew.
Every step of how to find a business. Every framework for evaluating a deal. Every tactic for financing it.
I emptied the whole tank. I thought, this is the most value anyone has ever given away for free.
The chat was going crazy. "This is amazing." "Best training I have ever seen."
And then I made the offer.
And almost nobody bought.
Here is what actually happened in that room. I only understood it later.
They walked away overwhelmed. With a page full of homework. Feeling like they had enough to go try it alone.
So they said thanks. And they left.
And a month later, most of them had not done a single thing with it.
That was not a webinar problem. It was a structure problem.
And here is the part I need you to hear. I could not see it.
I knew my material better than anyone. And that was exactly the problem. I was too close to it.
Then I met Mr. X.
Someone who builds these for a living. He'll join us on the call later. And yes, I blurred him on purpose.
He builds webinars for a living. Not as a side thing. It is what he and his team do every day, for people who sell a course, coaching, or a service.
And it took him about one conversation to see what I had been staring at for months.
He said, Hannah, you are teaching too much. You are giving them the whole course, and then asking them to buy the course.
And this is the second thing you are walking out with tonight.
The person least able to see what your webinar should say is you.
Not because you are not smart. Because you know your material too well. Everything you know feels important. So you cannot see what a stranger actually needs to hear, and what they need you to leave out.
It is like trying to read your own handwriting as a stranger. You cannot. Your brain fills in the gaps.
I could not see my own webinar. Somebody from outside my business could.
So here is what we changed.
We stopped trying to teach everything.
We picked one day. Wednesday.
And we built that webinar to do one thing. Change what a stranger believed about whether they could do this.
Not teach them how. Change what they believed. That is a completely different job.
The first one sold.
The next one sold more.
And then I just kept running it. Same day. Every week. For two years.
I did not rebuild it every week. Same presentation. Same story. Same offer.
That is the account I showed you at the start. Not the viral videos. Not the link in bio. That Wednesday.
And here is the part that actually changed my life.
The rest of the week was mine.
I bought car washes. I bought real estate. I got on planes. Because the webinar did the selling.
Most of you did not start a business to be on your phone fourteen hours a day. You started it for the other days. And somewhere along the way the other days disappeared.
So hear this.
I was not more talented than you. My first webinar proved that.
I was one webinar ahead of you. That is the whole gap.
Let me tell you a quick story.
There was a farmer. Poor his whole life. Worked that land until his hands gave out. Died with nothing.
And after he died, they found oil under the farm.
He was a millionaire the whole time. He just never drilled.
You are standing on the oil field.
You have the course. You have the coaching. You have the service. You have the thing that gets people results.
You do not need more land. Not another offer. Not another platform. Not another hundred videos.
You need the well.
One webinar is the well.
Say it with me in the chat. One webinar is the well.
Read a few back. You will say this line again and again tonight. Do not point that out until the close.
Here is what most people in this room believe right now. Maybe not out loud. But you believe it.
If I give enough value, they will buy.
So you post free value every day. You go live and teach. And when you finally run a webinar, you teach everything you know. Every step. Every framework. Because that is what everyone told you to do. Give massive value.
More value. More value. More value.
That is the lie. And it is what has you stuck.
Value does not make a stranger buy. It makes them full.
Here is what I am going to prove to you tonight.
The more you teach, the less a stranger buys.
I know. That sounds completely backwards. It sounded backwards to me too, right up until my own first webinar proved it.
What sells your course, coaching, or service to strangers is not more value. It is one webinar. Built to sell instead of teach. Run every week.
One webinar is the well.
Quick question. Why did your friends buy?
Because they already trusted you. That is it.
They had watched you for months. When you said "I have a course," they did not need convincing. They needed a link.
So why are strangers not buying?
It is not your content. Your friends bought off the same content.
It is not your price. Your friends paid the same price.
It is trust. And you cannot post your way to a stranger's trust in a fifteen-second reel. Fifteen seconds is not enough time for a human being to decide you are real.
When was the last time you saw one video from someone you had never heard of and bought their thing that same day? Never. So why are we expecting strangers to do it for us?
Let's do the math on the chasing.
A hundred comments on a good post. Ten people click the link. Zero sales. One if you are lucky.
Plus the DMs. Plus the "hey, just checking in" messages nobody answers.
And next week you start again. From zero. Every week.
And here is the trap.
It works just enough to keep you doing it.
One sale here and there. So you cannot quit it. But it never gets easier. It never grows. And it eats your whole week.
So hear me.
It was never you.
Everybody told you to give more value. So you did. You were a good student. You did exactly what you were told.
You were handed a machine built to reach one stranger at a time, in fifteen seconds, by giving away more and more. In a world where strangers need to watch you for a while before they trust you.
The instructions were wrong. Not you.
Type "not me" in the chat if that landed.
Read two or three. "Not me. Okay Sarah. Not me. Yes."
Okay. So if not a reel, and not a DM, then what?
Here is the one door that is still open.
A stranger will not hand you their card off a link.
But they will sit in your webinar, if you promise to teach them something they want.
Think about what happens in that room. Think about what is happening right now, in this one.
They hear your story. You are hearing mine.
They watch you teach. You are watching me teach.
They see the chat. You saw a room full of people type "not me." You are not alone in here, and you can feel that.
And they decide you are real. Everyone at once.
And here is the shift that made mine work.
A webinar is not an event. It is a day of the week.
When it is the same day every week, three things happen.
Strangers keep finding it. Every ad, every post points at that day.
You get better every week. My fiftieth Wednesday sold more than my tenth.
And everyone who was going to buy that week is in the same room, hears the same story, and decides at the same time.
Remember Charles?
Charles teaches people how to buy their first property. Completely different niche from most of you.
He runs his webinar every week. Same machine. That is where those thirty-day numbers came from.
Different niche. Same machine. Because one webinar is the well.
And one more thing, because it matters.
When somebody books a call with you after they have sat through your webinar, that is a completely different call.
They are not a stranger anymore. They already heard your story. They already believe it. The call is not you convincing them. It is you figuring out together if it is a fit.
That is the call you want. And the webinar is what gets you there.
Before I show you the method, I want to take something off your plate.
You do not need a new offer.
You already have the two things a selling webinar is made of. Your offer, the thing that already gets people results. And your story. The wall you hit, the thing you figured out.
And here is something that surprised me. Your mess-ups sell more than your wins. When I told a room about my first webinar flopping, that is when people leaned in. Not when I showed the car.
The way our team builds a webinar that sells is called the LESS Method.
L. Lead with your story.
E. Expose the one lie.
S. Show only what proves it.
S. Send them to the next step.
I am going to tell you what each one is and why it works. That is what you need to understand what you are looking at.
L. Lead with your story.
Not your credentials. Nobody has ever bought because of a certification.
Your wall. Your discovery. Your result. With the mess-ups in it.
Why does it work? Because a stranger has to feel one thing before anything else lands.
She was where I am.
Not "she is impressive." Not "she is so smart." She was where I am.
If they think that, the rest works. If they do not, nothing you teach after that matters. They will admire you, and they will not buy from you.
E. Expose the one lie.
Every stranger in the room believes one thing that is keeping them stuck. You name it, you show them it was never their fault, and you replace it with the truth.
For my car wash students, the lie was: I need a lot of money to buy a business.
For you, tonight, the lie was: give more value and they will buy. That is what I just broke.
One lie. Not five. If you try to break five beliefs in one webinar, you break none of them.
S. Show only what proves it.
This is where your webinar died. It is where mine died too. So I want to spend real time here.
You have a teaching brain. So do I.
You got good at something. People asked how. You wanted to help. That is why you have a course, a coaching program, or a service in the first place.
It is a good thing. It is also the exact thing that killed your webinar.
Teaching feels generous. Selling feels greedy. Holding something back feels like cheating them.
And I will be honest with you. Right now, on this webinar, I can feel it. I want to go into full teach mode and show you every slide I have ever built. I am fighting it as I talk to you.
Beat. Smile.
That voice is the villain of this whole story. Mine and yours.
Here is why it kills the sale.
The second you hand someone a task, their brain switches from deciding to doing. They stop asking "is this for me?" and start thinking "okay, step one."
And you cannot be deciding to buy while you are busy trying.
That is my first webinar. I handed them every step. They went home to try it. And "try it" means they never came back.
When you keep going, they get full. Full people do not buy.
So here is the rule.
Every single thing you teach exists to prove the new belief. That is its only job.
If it does not move the belief, it comes out.
Even your best stuff. Especially your best stuff. Because your best stuff is what makes them feel like they can go do it alone.
So what do you show?
Your named mechanism. The way you get the result, with a name on it.
A stranger cannot buy "I help people with webinars." That is not a thing. They can buy the LESS Method.
Without one, you are "an online coach." "A consultant." One of a million. So they compare you on the only thing left to compare. Price.
Think about it like this.
If your grandmother needed heart surgery, would you send her to a regular doctor?
No. You would find a heart surgeon.
Not because the family doctor is bad. Because when it matters, people find the specialist who does the one thing. And nobody haggles with the heart surgeon.
The mechanism makes you the heart surgeon.
Type "specialist" in the chat if you want to be the heart surgeon in your space.
Read a couple. "Specialist. I see you."
Last letter. S. Send them to the next step.
This is the other place people die. They get to the offer and their whole voice changes. "So, um, I do have a program, if anyone is interested, no pressure."
And the room feels it. All the trust you built, gone in one sentence.
If you believe what you just taught, the offer is just the next true thing. You do not apologize for the next true thing.
So here is the whole method in one line. If you write down one thing tonight, write this.
Teach enough to believe. Not enough to leave.
That is the entire difference between my first webinar and my Wednesday.
And when do you need this?
The week you stopped growing from the people who already know you.
For most of you, that was not this week. It was months ago. Every week since then, the people who would have bought from you found someone else's webinar instead.
And did you notice?
You have been inside the LESS Method this whole time.
My story first. The flop, the outsider, the Wednesday. Then one lie: give more value and they will buy. Then only what proves it: my account, Charles, the farmer.
And in a few minutes, the next step.
And notice what I did not give you.
I did not give you your one lie. I gave you mine.
I did not put your story in the right order. Or tell you what to cut from your offer. Or write your script, your slides, or your follow-up.
Because that is the part you cannot see from inside your own business.
I know, because I could not see mine.
Let me ask you something.
Have you ever watched someone in your space get the client you should have gotten?
You know you are better. You know you care more. Your results are better. And they still got the sale.
Here is the hard truth about why. The better communicator wins. Not the better provider.
If what comes out of your mouth is not as good as what is in your head, people will never know what is in your head.
And here is the part that bothers me most.
The people who bought from them got a worse result. Because they never found you.
So getting found is not vanity. It is not about ego. It is part of the job. The people you could help deserve to find you.
Now flip it.
Imagine someone telling a friend, you have to watch her webinar. You have to watch his webinar.
Imagine being the one people in your space point at. The specialist. The heart surgeon.
You were just as good before. They just did not know it yet.
And let me ask you something bigger.
What do you want your work to add up to?
A busy year? A full phone? Or something your family, your clients, and you are actually proud of?
For me, the car washes were bought with Wednesday money. That is what mine added up to. That is something I built that keeps going.
So picture a year from now. If nothing changes.
Financially, you are still selling to people who already know you. And that list is a little quieter than today.
Mentally, you are still in the DMs at eleven at night, wondering why you work this hard for this little.
At home, your family sees you on your phone. Again.
And the worst part. You know your stuff works. Strangers just never found out.
Now picture a year from now with one webinar.
Financially, strangers are buying your offer every week, from one presentation you built once.
Mentally, you run your webinar, close the laptop, and your head is clear.
At home, you are there. Actually there. Or you are in Japan, and it still ran.
And the money is buying assets. Not more chasing.
That is not a different person.
That is you. One webinar from now.
Same offer. Same story. Same you. One webinar is the well.
Now I have to be honest with you about something.
The method is real. But here is what it took to make mine actually sell.
Two years of Wednesdays. A first webinar that flopped. Dozens of rewrites to find what to leave out. A deck that walked the room through the belief, slide by slide.
And the part nobody talks about. The follow-up.
Most of the money was not in the webinar. It was in the follow-up.
Reminders that get people to actually show up. Because half of them will not, unless that is done right.
Emails to people who watched and did not buy.
Emails to people who registered and missed it.
The webinar is the engine. The follow-up is where the money actually gets collected. I did not know that for the first six months, and it cost me.
So let me ask you.
If our team could build your whole webinar for you. Your offer, sharpened. Your script, word for word, in your voice. Your slides. Your show-up reminders and all your follow-up.
Would you want the details?
Type "yes" in the chat.
Wait. Read the yeses. "Okay. Lots of yeses. Let me show you."
It is called The One Webinar Machine.
Our team builds the one webinar for you. You show up. It does the selling.
And when I say our team, I mean the same team that built mine. Mr. X and his team built my Wednesday. They are our team now. They are who builds yours. And he'll join us on the call in a few minutes.
First, what we are not building.
We are not building your course, your coaching, or your service. You already have that. It already works. Your friends proved it.
We build the thing that sells it.
And here is where every build starts.
Before a word of script gets written, our team sits with you.
We pull out your story. The wall, the discovery, the flop, the turn.
We pull out your voice. How you actually talk. The words you would never use.
And then we find your one lie. The thing you cannot see from inside your business. Just like I could not see mine.
Because here is why template scripts do not work. A lot of you have bought one.
A template sounds like the person who wrote the template. The room can hear it. Strangers can feel someone reading words that are not theirs.
The one that sells sounds like you on your best day. That is what we build.
So here is what you get. Five pieces.
One. Your offer, sharpened. Turned into an offer a stranger will buy. Your named mechanism, the promise, the reason to act now.
Two. Your script. Word for word. On the LESS Method, in your voice.
And we decide what to leave out. That is the part you cannot see from inside your own head. We can.
Three. Your slide deck. Presentation-ready, with click cues on every slide. You read, you click, the room moves.
Four. Your show-up and follow-up. Where the money actually is.
Reminders that get people to show up. The sequence for people who watched and did not buy. The sequence for people who missed it.
Written. Ready. The piece that took me the longest to figure out comes done.
Five. My full training, as a student. So you understand every piece of what we built, and why.
And after you launch, you get us for sixty days.
Coaching access to me and our team, in Slack. You run your first webinars, your first numbers come in, and we tell you what they mean and what to change.
And it is sixty days after you go live. Not after you sign. The clock starts when you launch.
And I will warn you now.
When your script arrives, you will probably think it is too simple.
That is your teaching brain talking. It wants to put everything back in.
Simple is why it sells. Everything that sounds normal to you sounds complicated to a stranger. And what sounds too simple to you is exactly right for them.
So here is how it works.
Go to onewebinarmachine.com/apply. It is on your screen.
It is a three-minute application. Your offer, your audience, where you are right now. If it is a fit, you pick a time with our team on the very next screen.
On that call we look at your offer, map your webinar, and go over everything.
If it is not a fit, we will tell you. I would rather tell you no than take your money for something that will not work for you.
Go do it now, while I keep talking. And type "booked" in the chat when you are done, so I know.
MODERATOR: from here on, watch #project-hannah-ingram. Every real booking posts there. Pass Hannah the FIRST NAME only. Hannah reads them out as they come in: "Maria just booked. Let's go." ONLY real bookings. Never invent one. Evergreen replay: skip all callouts.
Now, before we talk about what it costs, let's figure out what the way you are doing it now is costing you.
Grab a pen. These are your numbers, not mine.
How many hours a week do you spend posting, in the DMs, and chasing follow-ups? Write it down.
Times fifty-two. That is your year.
Now, what is one new client worth to you?
And how many more a month would change your year?
Pause. Let them write.
I did not give you that number. You did. Hold on to it. We are going to come back to it.
So what does it cost?
It is a four-figure investment, with a few payment options. Our team goes over all of it on the enrollment call, if you are approved.
I am not putting a number on the screen. I do not know your offer yet. It would not be honest to quote a room full of people with completely different businesses.
And two people are hearing this same webinar right now.
One of them is asking, what does it cost?
The other one is asking, what will it change?
Same offer. Same room. Two completely different years.
I asked "what does it cost" for years. It kept me exactly where I was. The first time I asked "what will it change," I bought a car wash.
Here is my promise on the build.
You get us your offer, your story, your proof.
We deliver your script, your deck, and your follow-up inside thirty days.
If we miss it, we keep working at no cost until it is done. And then we stay with you for sixty days after you launch.
That is a promise about the work. It is not a promise about your income. Nobody can promise you that, and if someone does, run.
And maybe you are thinking, okay, but what if I am not good on camera?
Let me ask you. Can you read? Can you click?
Because that is what I am doing right now. My script is on the monitor. My deck is on the screen. I read, and I click.
I was not good on camera on my first Wednesday. I was nervous and I talked too fast. It still sold, because the structure was right.
And do not take my word for any of this. I am the one selling it.
Here is what our team built for other people.
Charles. You met him at the start.
Last thirty days, seventy-nine thousand, six hundred and nineteen dollars, on about eleven thousand in ads.
And since February, six hundred and sixteen thousand.
Results not typical. His offer, his market, his work. Our team built the machine behind it.
This is Joe and Lisa. They teach laundromat investing.
Last thirty days, eighty-nine thousand, four hundred and thirty-one dollars, on about eleven thousand in ads.
Since January, seven hundred and ten thousand.
Results not typical. Our team built the machine behind it.
And this is Jasmine. She runs a high-ticket sales academy.
January first to September seventeenth. Four hundred and seventy-six thousand dollars, on about ninety-five thousand in ads.
Results not typical. Our team built the machine behind it.
First properties. Laundromats. High-ticket sales. Car washes.
Different niches. Same machine.
Because one webinar is the well.
Here is what a build actually looks like when it lands. Your script. Your deck. Your follow-up. Real pages from a real build.
Yours looks like this. In your voice, with your name on the mechanism.
And this is the application, so there is no mystery. Name, email, phone, then six quick questions about your offer, your audience, and where you are.
If it is a fit, you pick a time on the very next screen.
onewebinarmachine.com/apply.
Read any new bookings the moderator passes you.
Now before I let you go, let me answer the four questions I get every single time. You are probably thinking at least one of them.
Question one. "Hannah, can I just take what you showed me and do it myself?"
Maybe. And if you do, I will be happy for you.
But remember the heart surgeon. Even the best heart surgeon in the world does not operate on their own family. Not because they are not good enough. Because they are too close to it.
That is your webinar. You are too close to your own story. I was too close to mine. I spent two years and a flop finding out. Someone from outside my business saw it in one conversation.
So the real question is not "can I." It is: do you want to bet the next year of your business on a webinar you wrote from inside your own head?
Question two. "Will it actually sound like me? Or is it some template your team cranks out?"
I love this one, because it is the opposite of what happens.
We do not write a word until we have heard you talk. Your stories. Your words. The way you explain things. We pull the script out of you, and then we put it in the right order.
It sounds like you on your best day. Mine sounds like me. That is why it works.
Question three. "I bought a program before. I paid someone before. It did not work. Why is this different?"
Fair. You deserve a straight answer.
Most of the time, someone handed you a template and a framework and sent you off to make it work by yourself. Inside your own head. Which is the one place you cannot see it from.
We build it for you. And then we stay. Sixty days after you launch, in Slack, looking at your real numbers with you.
And question four. "Okay Hannah, what does it cost?"
It is a four-figure investment, with payment options, and our team walks you through all of it on the enrollment call.
But look at the number you wrote down earlier. Your number. Divide it by fifty-two.
That is what one more week of the old way costs you. Not someday. This week.
So the real question is not what this costs. It is what the way you are doing it now is already costing you.
A few quick ones.
"I do not have a big audience." You do not need one. You need strangers to find one day of the week. I had nobody who cared about laundromats. The Wednesday found them.
"I already have a webinar." Great. Then you have a story and an offer. Most of the time the fix is cutting half of what you teach.
"Do I have to do it live every week?" No. You run it live until it converts. Then you automate it. That is how mine ran while I was in Japan.
"I need to talk to my partner." Great. Bring them on the call. That is completely normal.
Now let me be straight with you about timing.
We take on eight builds a month. That is it. Every one gets a real script, a real deck, and real follow-up, written by people who sat with you first. You cannot do that for fifty people a month.
And the build takes up to thirty days.
So if there is a date you want to be live by, count back thirty days. Then remember that this month's eight might already be spoken for.
If you want strangers buying from your webinar before the end of the year, tonight is the day that math works from.
And for everyone who applies tonight, there is a fast-action bonus. It is called Live to Evergreen.
Remember Japan? That happened because I took my converting webinar and turned it into an automated one that ran every week without me on camera.
Apply tonight and we show you exactly how. The recording, the schedule, the follow-up, what changes and what stays.
Tonight only.
One last thing.
A broke decision and a wealthy decision look exactly the same in the moment.
Both are scary. Both cost something. Both feel like a risk.
The only difference is who makes it.
You are one webinar away.
The only question is two years or thirty days.
I built mine the slow way. Two years. One flop. A lot of rewrites.
Our team builds yours in thirty days. The same team that built mine.
And you do not have to decide the whole thing tonight.
You have to decide whether to have the conversation. That is all the application is.
I said "let me think about it" for a year before my first webinar. That year cost me more than any investment I have ever made. Not in money. In the year.
And remember what I told you at the start? That you would not just learn how a webinar that sells works. You would feel one working on you.
How many times tonight did you hear me say "one webinar is the well"? Type the number in the chat.
Read a few guesses. "It was a lot, right? And it never felt like I was repeating myself."
That is not an accident. That pull you are feeling right now, to go fill out that application? That is not me being charming. That is a webinar built to sell.
And our team builds that exact feeling for your people.
onewebinarmachine.com/apply.
Three minutes. Go do it now. Type "booked" when you are done, and then stay for questions.
Pause 10 seconds. Read the bookings the moderator passes you.
Okay. Before questions, I promised you something.
Remember Mr. X? The one who looked at my first webinar and told me I was teaching too much?
He is here.
Meet Chris. Chris Bruce.
He built my first webinar that sold. His team has built them every day since. And they are our team now. They are who builds yours.
Chris, come on in.
Chris joins on camera. Hannah stays on screen. Keep this whole segment to about five minutes. CHRIS lines are a guide: say them in your own words.
CHRISHey everybody. Good to be here.
CHRISHannah, I remember that first conversation. You had ninety minutes of slides, and every single one of them was good. That was the problem.
Quick laugh between you two.
CHRISAnd I want to say something to everyone still on, because I see this every week. The people who have the most trouble seeing their own webinar are the ones who are best at what they do. They know too much. Everything feels important.
CHRISThat is not a flaw. It is just why it is easier for us to see it from the outside. Hannah could not see hers. I could not see mine either, when I started.
CHRISYou saw Charles, Joe and Lisa, and Jasmine earlier. First properties, laundromats, high-ticket sales. Completely different businesses.
CHRISSame machine. We pull the story out of you, we find the one lie your people believe, we cut everything that does not prove it, and we build the follow-up. Then we stay with you after you launch.
CHRISTheir results are not typical. Their offers, their markets, their work. But the machine is the same one we would build for you.
CHRISSo here is what happens when you book.
CHRISIt is a short conversation with our team. We look at your offer, where you are right now, and what your webinar actually needs to say. And we will tell you straight if we are the right fit to build it. If we are not, we will say that too.
CHRISIf you have been sitting on the fence all night, this is your sign. Go to onewebinarmachine.com/apply. It takes three minutes.
CHRISHannah, back to you.
MODERATOR keeps passing real bookings. Hannah reads them out.
Thank you, Chris. Stay on for questions?
Chris stays for Q&A or drops, his call.
Okay. Questions. Drop them in the chat. The link stays on the screen the whole time.
Take questions from the chat. Keep each answer under 45 seconds, and treat every answer as one more reason to apply. End each one with "apply, and we will go through it on the call."
Questions about the build, the process, or "will it sound like me" are great ones to hand to Chris.
MODERATOR keeps passing real bookings. Read them out between questions.
Okay. Here is where we end.
You know what I teach. You have seen how I sold it, and what it bought. And you have seen what our team built for Charles, for Joe and Lisa, and for Jasmine.
You are one webinar away. One webinar is the well.
onewebinarmachine.com/apply.
Thank you for being here. Go apply.
Hold the slide. End stream after 20 seconds.
